I don't speak any Uighur, but I'm trying to learn Turkish these days and I stumbled upon this very, very small Wiki. So I hope that some of what I'm doing helps? Most of it's just adding some dictionary descriptors to the pages-- not sure if there's any way to track if people are actually using this.
