A converter for MediaWiki is in development, and is seemingly almost done

I'm making a converter for the Uyghur language to put into MediaWiki. This converter will also be in the Uyghur Wikipedia as well. I recently noticed you were already trying to make a converter, so I thought it might be a good idea to see if you would want to help out with this.

There's also some extra JavaScript code that was also made. It allows capitalisation of word in articles using -] and [-, and words in the title can be capitalised by using the {{ChongHerp}} template with the word(s) you want to capitalise.
