I apologize for posting in English instead of Uyghur. I don't speak Uyghur, but I believe that there is a problem with the translation of this page from the English Wikipedia article en:Iowa. Specifically, the name of the state (shitati) correctly begins with an uppercase "I". It have been mistakenly translated into an uppercase "L". This is probably because a lowercase "L" looks very much like an uppercase "I". I have corrected many similar errors on the English Wikipedia, but I am not comfortable with making such changes in a language which is unfamiliar to me.
